About this task
Record short French voice-assistant activation phrases and scripted utterances using a mobile phone and a wired headset or the device microphone. Follow the supplied project instructions and submit the recordings for acceptance.
Participants must be at least 18 years old, born and living in France or its overseas territories, and native French speakers. Good English is required to follow project instructions. Participants need a quiet indoor recording environment. The estimated recording time is 30 minutes. The project also seeks male voices with accents from northern, northeastern, southwestern, and southeastern France, as well as participants from overseas territories. A separate study is available for participants aged 7–16.
