Internal Replenishment Team Leader

About this task

Manage and oversee warehouse replenishment activities, ensuring a continuous and accurate flow of stock from bulk storage to picking locations to support daily operations and product availability.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the warehouse replenishment team during daily operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate replenishment from bulk storage to picking locations.
- Monitor pick-face stock levels and maintain availability targets.
- Review replenishment reports and resolve shortages or location discrepancies.
- Coordinate with receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
- Optimize storage usage and improve replenishment processes.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards.
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
- Prepare daily KPI and operational reports for management.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of warehouse operations experience; retail or FMCG experience preferred.
- Previous experience in replenishment, inventory, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of WMS and RF scanners.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
