Position: Showroom Salesperson
Location: Saudi Arabia, with showrooms in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
Employment type: Full-time
Nationality: Saudi nationals only, in compliance with nationalization targets.

Role Purpose
Act as a trusted sleep expert, driving retail revenue through consultative sleep solutions for high-end clients and achieving luxury sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage visitors, demonstrate Posturepedic technology, and match mattress models to individual sleep patterns.
- Maintain premium visual display standards.
- Handle POS and inventory software and coordinate delivery logistics with fulfillment teams.
- Build lasting relationships with buyers and interior designers while ensuring comprehensive after-sales care.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5 years of retail experience in luxury bedding, bedroom furniture, or high-end mattresses.
- Proven high-ticket closing skills.
- Native Arabic and intermediate English.
- Valid residency in Saudi Arabia.
