Junior Motion Capture Specialist

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Participate in all stages of motion capture recording and post-process mocap data, including solving, retargeting, and tracking.
- Coordinate mocap shoots with internal clients and maintain and monitor studio hardware.
- Contribute to improving the motion capture pipeline.

Requirements:
- At least one year of experience working with actors on set and ability to use Autodesk MotionBuilder.
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and time-management skills; willingness to learn programming.
- Fluent English and genuine interest in motion capture technology.
- Experience with mocap recordings, Unreal Engine or Unity, or software such as Shogun, Blade, or Motive is an advantage.
- In-office or hybrid work in Warsaw; relocation is required. Employment contract. Gross monthly pay range: 7 300–10 000 PLN.
