Medical Translator - Farsi - US-Based

About this task

Translate and review medical and regulatory content for the Farsi market, including patient records and clinical protocols. Adapt and validate target text to meet compliance standards, and work with terminology and reference materials precisely. Projects may involve pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or biotechnology.

Requirements: Native-level proficiency in the target language(s), professional translation and localization experience in Medical/Life Sciences, and ability to work in strict GxP environments and follow ISO 17100 quality standards. Applicants must be based in the United States and have either a graduate qualification in translation, linguistics, or language studies; a graduate qualification in another field plus two years of full-time professional translation experience; or five years of full-time professional translation experience. Independent contractor work is flexible, with project availability varying; it is not intended as a full-time or primary income source.
