Onsite Project Moderator – Gujarati Speaker (Pune, India)

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Guide participants through the data-collection process and explain project documentation.
- Address participant issues, escalate unresolved concerns, and record project data using client tools.
- Share session updates with the project manager and production team, and coordinate with project colleagues.
- Handle basic troubleshooting involving data-collection technology and interact with relevant hardware and software.

Requirements:
- Idiomatic fluency in Gujarati and solid English skills.
- Available to work on-site in Pune for 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, during the 3–4 week project.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical skills, especially with iOS and macOS; moderation or facilitation experience is preferred.
- Freelance/independent-contractor engagement; estimated project period is the second week of November to mid-December 2026.
