Freelance Korean-English Translator - Investment Banking

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Translate investment banking materials, including market commentary, between Korean and English.
- Work with project managers to prepare and finalize client documents.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, professional standards, and attention to spelling and grammar.

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
- Specialized knowledge in investment banking or related subject matter.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Applicants must meet at least one qualification: a relevant degree with significant translation training; two years of translation experience and a college degree; five years of translation experience without a college degree; or a translation competency certificate from an appropriate government body.
- Applicants must complete translation and MTPE assessments.
