Automotive Content Specialist

About this task

As the Automotive Content Specialist, you will ensure the consistent delivery of accurate, up-to-date vehicle specifications, pricing, content, images, and service network data across the platform to strengthen user trust, enhance engagement, and support informed customer decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end vehicle catalogue updates across all categories.
- Validate vehicle specifications from different sources.
- Publish new models and updates within agreed service-level timelines.
- Conduct regular audits to correct outdated or inaccurate listings.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and the Tech team on vehicle content requests.
- Monitor and update pricing changes within defined turnaround times.
- Validate pricing accuracy across all listings.
- Coordinate with dealers, OEMs, and commercial teams on price updates.
- Run scheduled price refresh cycles and spot checks, and investigate discrepancies.
- Share price updates and new launches with the Marketing team for social media posts and campaigns.
- Ensure all active listings have complete specifications, descriptions, and images meeting content quality standards for resolution, branding, and consistency.
- Review and optimise content to reduce user complaints and enhance engagement metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date service centre and partner network data, including locations, contact information, and offerings; remove inactive or expired listings.
- Publish new partner listings within agreed service-level timelines and conduct regular audits.
- Collaborate with creative, editorial, product, Marketing, and Tech teams on content improvements and campaigns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry or automotive content management.
- At least 1 year of experience in the GCC automotive market.
