Multimedia Designer - Anime

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Develop animation assets supporting the production’s creative vision, including complex animation assets and sequences.
- Mentor animators in animation sequences and complex animation techniques.
- Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia content across video, animation, graphics, and interactive media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that meet project objectives and client requirements.
- Contribute to creative projects across different channels.
- Stay updated on design trends and apply best practices to creative deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and design standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to communicate, interact, and present ideas effectively.
- Experience with design and graphics-editing software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a team.
