Content Creator (Reels Creator)

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, platform-native short-form video content from concept to final edit to strengthen brand presence and increase engagement.
- Conceptualize and produce Reels and short-form videos aligned with the brand’s content strategy and tone of voice.
- Shoot and edit social content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Turn briefs, trends, and business messages into simple, creative video concepts relevant to the audience.
- Follow social media trends, formats, sounds, and editing styles.
- Handle framing, lighting, audio, and mobile-first shooting.
- Edit videos with strong pacing, transitions, subtitles, music, and simple motion elements where needed.
- Collaborate with social media, content, and design teams to develop and execute content ideas.
- Adapt content using performance insights and feedback to improve engagement and watch time.
- Manage multiple content requests while meeting agreed timelines and maintaining quality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant content creation or video-editing training is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in Reels creation, short-form video production, social media content creation, or a similar role.
- Portfolio of relevant work required.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form content trends.
- Basic knowledge of social media performance and audience behavior.
- Video shooting and editing, mobile-first content creation, visual storytelling, and basic lighting and audio skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus.
