Freelance English to Traditional Chinese and Cantonese Translator

About this task

Freelance translation, editing and reviewing from English into Hong Kong Traditional Chinese and Cantonese.

Requirements:
- Hong Kong native linguist proficient in Chinese, Cantonese and English, with at least 2 years of translation experience.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with good English, Cantonese and Chinese comprehension.
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
- Timely delivery and responses, with good communication skills for working with project managers in China and the U.S. Each assignment has a clear delivery deadline.

Preferred qualifications:
- Strong background in IT or medical knowledge.
- Knowledge of CAT tools and translation memory tools. Training is available for those without experience.
